ROW Recall is provided under the license specified in its source repository. You may use the software in accordance with that license and these terms.

3. Local data

All development history is stored locally on your machine by default. You are responsible for backing up your own data and complying with any obligations related to the code you record.

4. Acceptable use

• You may not use the service for unlawful activity.
• You may not sublicense, resell or reverse engineer the hosted services.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the service.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

ROW Recall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROW AI Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
